his is a gold plated, hard enamel pin of a Red-Winged Blackbird. The beautiful call of these birds “cronk-o-leee” makes any visit to a lake where these birds live feel like you’re at nature’s finest concert. This pin is of the male of the species (the females being a very camouflaged speckled brown).
These hard-enamel (cloisonne) pins are plated in Gold.
Each pin will be posted in a stiff envelope and is backed using a black rubber clutch. The pin itself is mailed in a glassine envelope (which is biodegradable) and the pin card of recycled kraft paper, is chalked full of scientific facts.
